While in coastal US waters you anchored-out for prolonged periods, days, sometimes months (Big Lagoon Fl. comes to mind) Not once during these extended stays at anchor did you ever document going into marina or other facility for a pump-out. Nor did you ever document a mobile pump-out service. You have (via your videos) disclosed the size of your holding tanks. I am a full-time cruiser. I'm fully aware of the black water one adult human being generates. There is no way your holding tanks would accommodate those long stays at anchorage.

So here we are. I know you are fully aware of the three-mile offshore limit for discharge. Post up a couple copies of receipts for a mobile pump-out, or some other evidence of said service, or better yet some other plausible explanation of how you dealt with this issue. I'll be waiting for your response.
