Anchor

Two 220 pound steel anchors are carried on the bow, and are a piece of equipment used aboard Seeker or in work carried out from the vessel. They were home built and modified. Spares are carried below deck.

Lessons

  • The Captain Owns the Consequences Leadership isn't about authority. It's about responsibility. If you're the one making the decisions, you own the outcomes.
